About FMKTech
FMKTech is a Brazilian AI software factory. Senior engineers direct specialized architecture, implementation, and review agents to build software around your operation, with clear scope and accountable delivery.
We work end to end: product and agent strategy, software delivery, legacy-data migration, LLM and RAG integration, custom agents, production reliability, and knowledge transfer. Projects run in English or Portuguese.
How we work
Every engagement follows five stages: Discovery (understanding the system and constraints), Strategy (a delivery plan and architecture tied to measurable outcomes), Development (parallel implementation with contracts, tests, and review), Deployment (rehearsed integration and launch), and Optimization (observability, cost control, and improvement after release).

Tailored software products; custom AI agents and multi-agent systems; LLM, RAG, and MCP integrations; data migrations; and managed operations. FMKTech offers deployment, hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support. If you prefer to operate with your own team or another partner, we provide access, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Selected projects
CalendAI (https://www.calendai.me) — scheduling, client records and revenue reports for appointment-based businesses, with booking links shared through WhatsApp. ngcode (https://www.ngcode.ai) — an AI builder for static websites, landing pages and portfolios, with live preview and editable, exportable code; currently in public beta.
webcraw.ai — an MCP server platform combining graph databases with Python/JS sandboxes. imobi.app — a web-based real-estate CRM with branded property websites and AI-assisted tools. vitalsigns.com.br — healthcare IoT with AI-assisted analytics. acervosdeluxo.com.br — an invitation-only luxury marketplace with identity verification and provenance authentication. legbi.ai — legal AI and purpose-built software, migrating the legacy ERP and the entire operation previously run on legacy spreadsheets. Our internal platform, ftown.ia.br, orchestrates the agents that run our software factory through ticket pipelines and scheduled loops.
